Healing Valley Wellness & Primary Care is owned and operated by Teresa Novak, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and more than 30 years in healthcare. Her clinical background includes primary care, neurology, gastroenterology, and geriatric care, providing a broad foundation for comprehensive, patient-centered treatment.

Care is guided by a relationship-based approach that emphasizes listening, education, and shared decision-making. Patients can expect a calm, welcoming environment where concerns are taken seriously and care plans are thoughtfully tailored to individual needs and long-term health goals.
