Teresa A. Novak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in the Walker County community. After years of dedicated service in Flintstone, Georgia, she founded Healing Valley Wellness & Primary Care in Lafayette, GA — bringing trusted, relationship-based primary care closer to home for families throughout Walker County and the surrounding region.
